Humanity — vs — Jev

Pick rock, paper or scissors (plus lizard and Spock in the advanced mode). Jev picks at the same time and the winner is revealed: rock crushes scissors, scissors cut paper and paper covers rock.

Humans aren't random: we repeat moves, switch after losing and fall into patterns. Jev analyses your history in the game, predicts your next move and plays the one that beats it.

Be truly unpredictable. Don't repeat moves, avoid obvious cycles and change tactics when Jev starts guessing right. The “Jev's brain” panel shows what it expects you to play.

A five-move variant made popular by The Big Bang Theory: lizard poisons Spock and eats paper, and Spock smashes scissors and vaporizes rock.

You raise 1 to 10 fingers and Jev tries to guess how many. If it gets the exact number, Jev scores. A blind guess is right one time in ten, so if Jev beats 10% it has found your pattern.

Yes, it is free and runs in your browser, on mobile or desktop, with nothing to install. Signing in with Google is optional and only saves your stats.
